Thank you for visiting and shopping at CEO Naturals. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed (handed off to the delivery carrier) within 1-2 business days. Orders received after 2pm central will not constitute the first business day.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.  CEO Naturals will not be responsible for any delays caused/observed by the shipping carrier.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in processing your order for shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Carrier, Rates & Delivery Estimates

CEO Naturals currently uses USPS (United States Parcel Service for all shipping.  Shipment of orders outside the United States are not available at this time.  Shipping costs are calculated and based on origin/destination zones + weight + box dimensions.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated (based on your delivery selection) and displayed at checkout.

USPS current delivery estimates (Provided by USPS)

  • First Class Delivery (1-3 Business Days)
  • Priority Mail Delivery (1-3 Business Days)
  • Priority Mail Express (1-2 Business Days)

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once your order has been processed and payment of products confirmed, you will receive an email (to the email you provided during purchase) with the assigned tracking number.  If you are unable to locate this email with tracking information, please ensure you have checked your spam, junk folders, etc.  If you are still unable to locate the email, please log into your CEO Naturals account and open the order in which you are referencing, the tracking information will be located there.  We recommend while in your account, that you validate that the correct email address was provided and if not, correct at that time.

Damages

CEO Naturals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Take a picture of the damaged delivery box prior to opening and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
